i think you're being a bit harsh on yourself.. this is some really good work.. the only places where you might have applied the textures a little better are over the little one's nose, and the mother's eyebrow.. but then again, what do i know.. like i said, nice work dude.

The wings are great I love it all, except the baby dragon's head. There's something about it. It looks a bit like it has a really droopy eyelid, like those dogs that the cartoon character Droopy is ^_^; Sorry, I only normally comment on good stuff, but you sounded like you were going to give up on it, and I think if you changed that... Oh, I dunno. Just trying to be helpful ^-^'

Oh and the big dragon's eye! WOW! *steals* kidding. And I think you applied the textures perfectly. I actually thought you'd painted it. I don't have a clue how to even apply a texture let alone make it look good. Don't hate this pic, or else

I like it! The one thing would be that the larger dragons eye seems a tad big, but it's WAY better than anything /I/ would have done from scratch! *nodnod* Seriously!
