this is Twilight Conflict III, but its less twilight and more full on conflict now
I have to say that when I was reworking this again (yes, for the 3rd time) I had an absolute blast. Its very refreshing to get so much back when creating something as complex as this
The sky is a new one for me. I've never done a full cloudscape like this, so it was great fun adding the details like the lightning and stuff. I used a custom brush in photoshop for the clouds and just built it up from scratch again until I was happy with it. I'm gonna have to do more skies now, it was so rewarding!
I'm not entirely happy about the frost dragons wings, but its a lot closer than I thought I'd get. Snow is not my strong point LOL
I'm sure I'll work on v.IV soon too, I still want to replace the dragons with something more hand drawn....
