This is something I am EXTREMELY pleased with. Which is rare these days.
Completed from start to finish in under 3 hours. This is a rendering, or over painting, or concept painting, or whatever you want to call it, but most definately a speed painting anyway, of the following piece by ~Lolitagirlie-stock -> [link] I just picked a piece of stock and ran with it. The idea came quickly and I had it roughed out in about 20 minutes. I just worked it up from then. One '  lastic wrap' filter midway increased the speed of the piece and I just blended in where necessary. Final hour on the details, the rings and then the color was added (I work in grayscale until the last moment to balance levels)hope you dig this as much as I do.  |
