This was produced at the same time as Searches End [link] and was based on an idea myself and Abe123 were mulling over. The dynamics of the image have actually come across from what I first imagined quite well, although I personally feel the image is a tad too dark, but then what can u do with night scenes.... I wanted a look of shock or surprise in the Adventurer as the Priestess unleashes her 'secret weapon' and this is hard to do when u can't see someones face! Hopefully the pose says it all

Extras:
I have had a lot of people enquire as to how these images are done so I thought it would be interesing to add some stuff here about it: The original render was very basic, and to illustrate the amount of PS work put into this I have included a link here: [link] to the original render file. Thought u lot might be interested in seeing the 'blank canvas' as it were...

Technical Info:
Produced over 3 days, rendered in Vue D'esprit, additional bkgrd tree meshes and rocks and features produced and rendered in 3D studio. Figures posed in Poser and imported into Vue. 3 render passes on the figures and dragon for lighting. All details such as the Walls, sky, bkgrd, both figures, magic effects and dragon were done by hand in Photoshop. Just look at the original render to see what has been added
thanks to Abe123 for the input. check out his gallery here :abe123:
I especially like the ghosting effect on the dragon - really adds a touch of the eerie to the piece
