In an effort to break out of my inspiration malaise, I figured a random abstract experiment would be in order. I set out with nothing special in mind, and this just kinda grew from it.

My only problem with the image, whilst I love the random chaotic feel to it, is that there is no real focus to it. I'm undecided at this point as to whether it needs a particular focus as the image as a whole is more mood than anything else. *meh* well, we all know abstracts are my weakest area.

I don't think it's too bad. I'd say the focus is the 'rays of light', it makes me think of the sun coming through the clouds on some other planet...

some nice additions there, and the composition is better this way too, still reckon it needs another colour, maybe some more of that orange / yellow tint adding to the bottom left. :]

I actualy love it the way it is, though i do agree that if you had to focus on one thing, those rays are lovely.

Yay! Bye bye, art slump :D

This is very pretty, I love the colors. I think my favourite part is the egde around the white, with the little swirlies (I do love swirlies) at th etop, and the sides where it looks like it's against a sunrise.
