This is a continuation of a collaboration with my good friend and Otherworld buddy Abe123
The Scenery is a render that I got Abe123 to do me a while back, which I used on a very dark image almost totally blocking out most of his fine work (not because I was feelin' mean, but because the image needed to be very dark). However, cos I really love the piece (and Abe's work in general) I felt it was due for a dusting off and for me to do something else with it. The inspiration was immediate and it had to be a dragon, in this case a Swamp dragon. I have to say that the Daz Dragon base that I used is the best $50 I have ever spent. If u use poser, get this model now, its superb.
My intention was to make the dragon look more like it lived in the swamp most of the time, so I've added moss and stuff over its back to make it look like it spends most of its time partially submerged waiting for its victims. The look I got was of the dragon having just lifted itself out of the water and stalking it prey, water dripping from its hide.
My fav bit is its beady little green eye, and the slight smile as if it knows ur its next meal

Rendered in Vue D'Esprit and Poser, everything else touched up in photoshop.
