Don't relly care. Some people like to use them as comps, others to mark the occasion of being around for any given length of time. Having said that, they should definitely be an optional feature.

Pagereviews dissable option seesm like a good idea, but some times its good to see how many rewiews someone has, helps estimate how much others like their work, and in the area of giving a featured member to someone it helps to know that persons stats and if their work is getting much publicity or not

I vote no, because I think it's an easier way to be able to tell who needs to get exposure and who doesn't. I think the people who make a big deal out of pageviews are silly. They shouldn't be a contest, but they're useful. A Disable option if anything
