No problems aside from minor things like late deliveries, and some trouble trying to get a book last year, but it had gone out of print.

Is mostly about just being sensible, check user's feedback, don't ship things in from abroad unless you need to (customs from hongkong can be a pain) and only use secure payment.

I've been using it almost since the day it started, and have transactions on there regularly - usually a few a month. I can count the bad experiences on my fingers.
