Something Wicked...

*selva-amarga is one of my Adoptees through the ~Guidance-Counseling program that I am involved in. She wanted me to use her stock, so I had a look through and this image really jumped out at me - I love the mean look on her face. Its got a kind of tempting 'come get some' sexy look, yet its really wicked and evil, hence the inclusion of the knife.

For the background I wanted a very dreamy, nightmarish 'not quite focused' look, to make you feel as if you are trapped in a dream.

Technical stuff: This was really another practice session for me. I wanted to work on a number of things before I even got to adding the figure, namely the rocks and the tree. I'm pleased with the rock texture, but less pleased with the tree LOL.

The Stock was used as reference and I repainted the hair and face and some of the blouse. The frilly cuffs are great and I extended them a little to hide the hands. Why? because I am RUBBISH at hands
