The world we live in tries hard to polute the feeling of our self-acceptance from the very beginning.
Very Young girls start to do make-up, hide their faces under 'a mask' which some people claim is better than their natural beauty.If one doesn't like his or her body shapes, there is a number of 'specialists' and surgeons to 'improve them'.
In all this mad world which screams to us in every comercial 'improve yourself, make yourself beautiful and desirable' , people forget about one crucial thing.
All the specialists can change only our visual part, not the INNER one which lacks acceptance of who we are and how we perceive ourselves.

Digital art and 3D elements are a very good choice here. These 'artificial' elements seem to stick to her body in an intrusive way as if they wanted to cover her entirely, swallowing her part by part...

What I lack here is dynamics. Her pose is too much stable. Polution is always harmful so I believe she should show some resistance, something like here perhaps nakedsheff.deviantart.com/art/…
